Rural Apartments Posada de las Hoces is registered in the Registry of Tourism Companies of the Principality of Asturias with the number A.R. 780

It has two rural apartments with two keys of full accommodation in which the following services are offered:

- Reception service and information of the area.
- Cleaning service integrates the accommodation at the entrance of customers.
- Additional service of daily cleaning of the house (Price € 25.00)
- Lingerie change of bathrooms and beds once a week.
- Free private outdoor parking.
- WIFI

GENERAL:

- Garden furniture on porch, terrace.
- Products and cleaning supplies inside the house.
- Includes: Lingerie bed and bathroom.
- Availability cot and highchair (on request).
- Barbecue and utensils.

CANCELLATIONS IN HIGH SEASON

If you cancel your reservation more than fifteen days before the date of entry, your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel your reservation during those fifteen days prior to the date of entry, you will be charged 50% of the stay or all of it if the communication was made within seven days prior to that date. .

* If the client does not arrive at the accommodation before 8:00 p.m., he / she must notify us by phone 627 941 841, otherwise the reservation will be canceled.

* If the client decides the early departure of our establishment, the total amount of the agreed price will be charged.

When making the reservation, you will be asked for an advance of 30% of the total amount of the stay that will be charged to your credit card or by bank transfer, as agreed and according to the reservation form. The reservation will not be finalized until the 30% amount is reflected in our bank account.

SCHEDULES

Admission: As of 4:00 p.m.

Departure: Before 12:00

These schedules can be relaxed if circumstances permit, you should ask us the possibility of modifying them in advance.

In case you anticipate the time of entry to the accommodation later than 20:00 in the afternoon, you must notify in advance on the phone / WhatsApp 627.941.841.


ADMISSION

Once the client in the accommodation and after checking, you will be given the Admission Form filled out with all the details of the reservation, which must be signed and serve as a housing contract between the parties. Also, all those over 16 years of age, foreigners or Spaniards, according to Decree 1513/1959 of August 18, will be asked for the Passport, National Identity Document or, if applicable, Carnet de Conducir (valid only for Spaniards) to cover the so-called Parties of Travelers, which will be delivered to Hospederías Guardia Civil and the client must sign the copy that will remain in the establishment for inspection purposes.


PAYMENT REMAINING ACCOMMODATION

The amount of the deposit of 30% of the total of the stay as a reservation that had already been charged or transferred to our bank account, will be deducted from the total stay. This remainder, pending payment, will be paid in cash or credit card upon delivery of the keys; unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

If the client decides to leave the accommodation early, he will also be charged for the entire agreed stay and there will be no refund.

SQUARES AND SUPREME BEDS

Each apartment has four beds, plus one in an extra bed (check prices for extra beds in rates).

In no case may exceed the capacity contracted in the reserve, unless agreement with the accommodation.

It is not allowed the stay of other people who are not reflected in the reservation or parts of travelers, unless expressly authorized by the address of the accommodation and prior request for data for travelers.

Availability of free cot for children under 2 years, upon request.


BOND FOR DAMAGES

The address of the accommodation reserves the right to request initial deposit for damage to the accommodation, in which case, it would be returned at the end of the stay and check that everything is in perfect condition.

However, the customer is directly responsible for the damages caused by misuse or negligence and they will derive the costs of their replacement.

The clients must make a good responsible use of the accommodation, its facilities and its furniture; also of the surroundings of the apartments.


PETS

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
